OT: Web entry automation

Jose,

1. The CSV would be created by me and used by the automation program as
a source of data to feed to the data entry automation software.
2. Not the issue.
3.  There is no API for this.  They've set it up so that it's either Web
entry or full-blown EDI.  No in between.
4.  I don't do web app development.  I just maintain our existing system
though I write new software for integration to our customers most of
whom are internet retailers.  Most interactions allow flat file or Excel
spreadsheet uploading of data.
5.  This is somewhat interactive where it navigates through a few
different screens for each entry.

Mark,

I was looking at AutoHotkey, but it seems like a lot more work than
another program I found, Macro Scheduler.
(https://www.mjtnet.com/macro-scheduler.htm ) The latter has a price tag
(~$250), but it's programming interface looks a lot simpler.  (
https://www.mjtnet.com/macro-recorder.htm ).
It also has onscreen image recognition that may make some parts of it
easier.

You guys know more about this than I do, so I was curious about your
thoughts.

Boaz
