ODBC and type of DSN connection

System fpodbc 5.0.15R9 (15 user) on a 4 server running WIN 2003.  Workstations running Win7.

I have been running a rather extensive MSSQL server to fp update everynight for over a year now.  Everything works great and we are very happy.

I am about to retire and want others to be able to run some of these nightly updates.  I tried to set up a DSN connection like the one I am using which is a SystemDSN.  I am having authentication problems with the users because they do not have Admin rights.  At least that is what I think.  I have tried both with Windows NT authentication and with SQL Server authentication with out any luck.

Does anyone think if I set them up as either a User DSN or a File DSN this would solve my problem?

Thank you, in advance,
Rick Hane
