The safest way do this would be to walk that user through downloading the
free version of GoToMyPC or Logmein.
Once this has been done, email them the files which need to be upgraded.
Log into their system and download the files.
If you need to modify the file structure send a map.new and then use
autoshuf to change the file structure.
Of course you could always have the use Remote Desktop connection on Windows
7
Windows 7 Home Premium does not include the feature to start a Remote
desktop connection, but you can always join as a client.
You have to enable certain setting to be able to take remote access of the
system.
Steps to enable settings:
1. Click on Start.
2. Right click on Computer.
3. Select Properties.
4. On the left side pane select Remote Settings.
5. On the Remote tab check if Allow Remote Assistance connection to
this computer is check or not.
6. Also select allow connections from computers running any version of
remote desktop in the lower half of the window.
7. Now try connecting through Remote Desktop Connection.
For more information on Remote Desktop Connections please visit the below
given link.

One other option if this is to be done once, download the free 30 day trial
of the full version of either of the above. These programs will then allow
you to access the computer and upload the files directly.
A few of my clients has gladly installed one of the full paid versions of
program as it gives them access to their computer from wherever they are.
