Which sounds fine, until you get things "virtualized" even though the 
program _does_ have permission.  I was using IE9 a couple of weeks ago, and 
tried saving some images from a web page.  I chose the "my pictures" 
"library", and it saved it just fine.  But, looking at the "my pictures 
library" outside of IE9 didn't show the file.  I tried saving it again, and 
IE9 told me the file already existed.  I eventually found the file in the 
"C:\Users\Kenneth\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet 
Files\Virtualized\C\Users\Kenneth\Pictures" folder, which isn't even the 
"real" virtualized folder of "C:\Users\Kenneth\AppData\Local\VirtualStore".
