And, a quick reminder...
On Vista and Win7, even "administrator" accounts don't have full privileges.
If you have UAC enabled, you still need to give permission to a program in
order for it to run with "elevated privileges". (The difference being that,
with an administrator account, you don't need to enter an administrator
password to give that permission.)
That said, is there a reason why PW4 doesn't come with "run as
administrator" set in its properties, or ask for it at runtime? (I do have
programs that do that automatically. For example, when they need to install
an update.)
