I actually learned it from looking at the stock configs in the IIS manager
program itself.  The paths are easy.  The user thing can bite you if
you don't know to watch for it, though.  If you find yourself unable to
read/write files or run programs, check the user access on the script first
thing.  As with *nix, you want access the same from endpoint to endpoint.

My main complaint is lack of logs in IIS.  It doesn't do it by default,
and I remember that in reading how to get any, it looked more complex than
solving problems without any at all.
