filePro Plus 5.0.15 is now available!

What's the current state of affairs, given these two fact sets,
concerning cross-platform upgrades?

If I have a client running 5 users on Windows who wants to upgrade to
10 users, but on Linux, are they still going to pay full price, and
have a license sitting around that they can't use?  Or was a policy to
solve that problem implemented while I wasn't looking?
