Strange Printcode table behavior

That's twice in one day, JP, you're falling down on the job.  :-)

The asterisk identifies that the print code you see it with does
not match the list of global print codes and indeed, my code 10 is
emphasized *off*.  You can demonstrate this by adding a new print code,
and answering the question "Add to global print code table" with "no".
