I appreciate all of the responses so far.  

She actually just typed this into the address bar and hit <enter>.  

As been pointed out, the ISP's mentioned are using much better search engines to
resolve the type of search entry my wife used.  The corp. site search engine, if
one can call it that, seems to lacking.

She'll just have to bookmark Google and use it instead.
