He made it pretty clear that he went to the ISP's web site and used the 
search functionality available there.  I agree that this is a pretty 
basic question, but does pulling an attitude on him really help?  If the 
question is beneath you, ignore it.

It all depends on the search engine used.  You could use 500 different 
search engines and enter the same string and get 500 different results.  
The answer to this question is basically the search engine that your 
wife is using isn't a very good one.  Use Google.com or something better.
