Mark,
So you object to my use of the word "rant".  It did ramble and John 
posted a very long paragraph to repeat the bad logic explanation.  You 
also posted a discussion of the "good programmer rules for using 
subroutines".  I know you were not trying to be disagreeable.  I know 
you were just trying to add to the discussion.

It was nice that both of you were ranting on the same topic.  I was not 
being paranoid, but it did seem unnecessary, except to propound on what 
had already been said.

Now that you have psycoanalyzed me I can rest easy.  I feel much better.

I know this will start something and I don't mean it to. I guess I was 
just a little annoyed. I did notice the smile at the close and 
understand your tone can be a little misleading.

So I will go and get back to my programming difficulties.
