[Capr-announce] DDES hourly fees to increase by 34%?

Fellow King County Property Rights Enthusiasts,

 

I thought you might like to know that the following will be before the King
County Council for a vote very soon:

 

DDES has a 2010 budget request for an increase in hourly fees from $145/hr
up to $195/hr. 

 

That is nearly a 35% increase from their already outrageous hourly fees.
And this request comes on the heels of a Superior Court directive to DDES to
end its "one size fits all" hourly fee!  You may want to contact the King
County Council members and let them know how you feel about this proposal.
