[Capr-announce] House bill 1653 dies!

CAPR supporters,

 

Earlier in the day, we put out a call for you to contact your state
representatives to vote no on house bill HB 1653 which would have brought
shoreline management functions under the umbrella of the Growth Management
Act.  We have learned that it did not pass out of the House today and is
dead!  While we don't know all of the details at this point, I'd like to say
thanks to all who sent messages to their legislators.
