[Capr-announce] Rally email correction

To all CAPR supporters and affiliates:

 

In a previous announcement, Washington Farm Bureau was listed as a promoter
and presenter for the March 2 property rights rally.  Our organizers did not
ask Washington Farm Bureau for permission to list them.  While protecting
property rights remains a priority for them, Washington Farm Bureau is not a
promoter or presenter of this event.
