[Capr-announce] CAPR Public meeting date

Thanks to all who notified me of an error in the CAPR NEWS that went out
earlier today.  The date for the next King Co. Chapter of CAPR meeting
should have read Thursday, July 3rd (not July 5th).  Duh!
