Developer/Analyst to join our team responsible for developing and
enhancing internal systems features. The successful candidate will
understand and analyze complex problems and implement robust and
maintainable solutions with a focus on Oracle Applications. Excellent
task management and problem solving skills are required for success in
this position. A strong sense of ownership and responsibility are also
critical. This position presents an outstanding opportunity to gain

International District in Seattle.  Blue Nile is hiring directly for
this position.

Essential Functions: 
	*	Responsible for driving a project through all phases of
the system development life cycle - requirements gathering and analysis,
system design and development, testing and implementation 
	*	Configure and analyze Oracle applications modules 
	*	Provide production support activities for Oracle 11i
Application 
	*	Develop and maintain custom programs, reports, forms and
workflows 
	*	Support modules - financial, procure to pay, order to
cash 
	*	Support users - troubleshoot application issues and
develop creative solutions to support business needs 
Qualifications: 
	*	Minimum 2 years experience working with the Oracle
development toolkit (reports 6i, forms 6i, PL/SQL, workflow), developing
solutions for Oracle Applications 11i 
	*	Oracle 11i Finance (GL, AP, AR), Inventory,
Manufacturing, Order Management, Shipping and Purchasing modules
experience preferred 
	*	Background in finance and accounting 
	*	ASP and Java development experience preferred 
	*	A sense of passion and curiosity for delivering and
improving the Blue Nile customer experience 
	*	Strong communication skills; must be able to work
effectively on a small team 
	*	Experience with software development life cycles 
	*	Must possess a self-motivated mindset, strong problem
solving skills and the ability to work independently with guided, but
minimal supervision
