<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small">Hi everyone, </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small">Some of you may know (or not) that David Taylor is unexpectedly laid up in the hospital, having emergency surgery. As far as I have heard, he is supposed to recover and be out mid-next week. I know he is hoping to be back by Wed (and we hope so, too!!!).</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small">In the meantime, I need some help. First, we need to help unload the equipment truck and set up the game. This needs to be done Monday. David Dailey (the man of the hour) will collect the truck from DT's and drive it to Lynnwood. I am checking with Jenni to see if this can be done in the afternoon (after SBC game?) or if it needs to be done earlier. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><b>IF YOU CAN HELP MONDAY afternoon, please let me know.</b> Dave usually does this all himself--I hope to use 5 able bodies (don't need to be strong--one of the jobs is to put out bidding boxes and the like on the tables). Once I confirm with DD and Jenni, I"ll let you know the time we are unloading the truck; you let me know if you can help. I can offer a regional free play chit to 5 helpers. Note that the tables are in bins on rollers, and the chairs on carts.... And think of this as bridge aerobics, counteracting all that sitting you will be doing in the week ahead.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small">AND there is another major thing that needs to be done on Monday afternoon: we need to start making a LOT of boards especially for Monday/Tuesday events. This is a bit...sensitive...as some of you will be playing the games in which these boards are used. I'm hoping to dedicate myself to this job (I have no games planned for Lynnwood), but need some help with this on Monday. Let me know if you are able to help.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small">We will also need help on Sunday, but we'll worry about that later, when DT is back and running things.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div>Ann Romeo<br>Personal email: <a href="mailto:annromeo@gmail.com" target="_blank">annromeo@gmail.com</a></div>
