lots of complaints about STAC games and don't hold them as a result. My
concern is that those who complain are now going to get blindsided.<br>

<blockquote type="cite"><pre wrap="">Hi all,
EBC has a MUG game on May 12. They were curious about running it as a STAC game which would cost players more, but award silver.
There seem to be a few options:
1) Try to move the game. They've had it on their website as the 12th for a while though and we've had it on our calendar that way
2) Ask them to keep it as a regular black point MUG game with no extra cost to players
3) Give them the thumb's up to change it to a STAC
My general inclination was #2 and that seems to be how their website is advertising it atm, but wanted to check with the board. I personally dislike STAC games and would feel misled if I showed up to a MUG game planning to pay the normal amount and instead it was a more expensive STAC game.

I don't see a problem with letting Eastside change this to a STAC game. Is there any benefit to the Unit based on attendance at MUGs?
Eastside has to make the decision about the effect of the extra charge on their attendance, if any.
