I had an idea I wanted to bounce off the board:

Alan Tesler has a list of people who might be willing to give the Round
Robin a whirl. Many of these people have under 20 points (some only have
1 or 2). Before following up with him I had an idea but wanted to get
board approval first:

Idea:

1) Any Round Robin participant who has under 20 points gets their entry
for free

OR

2) Any Round Robin participant who has under 20 points gets X dollars
knocked off

Can be a 1 time thing or permanent. Can also try it out and see how it
goes this year (if we did that) and adjust for next year as appropriate.

Anyway, not sure if this is a good/bad idea or how much it would
actually matter to people. I thought it might be an extra incentive we
could mention as I reach out to people like Alan, David Dailey, Barbara
Nist, Nick Tipton, etc who might have connections with newer players to
help populate the round robin.

Maybe thoughts/feedback/vote by email? We can also discuss this at the
board meeting on Monday night if there isn't an overwhelming consensus
one way or the other.
