When letting Nick know that I would need to coordinate with the treasurer (John) to pay him for the Round Robin Party game, he mentioned that all he was expecting was the sanction fee ($14). He apparently did it for free last year as well.<br>
<br>
This surprised me because it involves him opening his club, doing dishes, paying for lights/power/etc and then also directing and helping run the game.<br>
<br>
When I asked Kim about how she did it when she was running it, she said that when they ran it at EBC they paid the normal amount for director and site.<br>

sounded like he might have offered to do it for free last year which Mike might have taken him up on. +Mike for context. I would far prefer he help out the unit by encouraging people to attend unit events, helping put teams together, help grow bridge in the
