She is unaware of any problems, from their side, with our recent rental and has no indication an extra trash pickup was needed as a result of our tournament.<div><br></div><div>I explained our problem with being locked out of the janitorial closet. She offered suggestions. She thinks the key we are given will open the door if the door handle is pulled as the key is turned (apparently others have had this issue). She said she would try this out with the type of key we are given to see if it works the problem. She also said there is a button on the door edge near the latch that if slid down will keep the door from locking when closed. She also said some have even put tape on the latch to keep the door from locking. We should be mindful of these potential solutions when we next use Bothell (the May 2018 KO sectional). In the event the aforementioned things mightn't work, we should probably also have a "This Door to Remain Open This Weekend" sign ready to tape to the door near the handle.</div><div><br></div><div>It appears 2018 Bothell dates -- May 25-28 and Oct 12-14 -- are probably OK, however Bev must check for finalized dates of a few journeyman classes and will get back to me with final confirmation.</div></div><div><br></div><div><b><u>Planning Calendars</u></b></div><div><br></div><div>Our board's Tournament Sites Committee puts together a tournament planning calendar for each calendar year as a tool in identifying and proposing dates & sites for our tournament lineup. As many external events (that will become constraints on us) are not yet sanctioned for 2019, this calendar will evolve in the coming months.
