Swan Games Company and OKBridge, Inc. are allowed to continue to offer the online human games that they ran when the agreement was put into place in June 2016. The BBO agreement is in place through June 2020. </span></div>

Accordingly, Districts and Units should not contract with, or partner with, any other online game companies or providers. Accordingly, to facilitate timely and efficient tournament operations, Directors-in-Charge of ACBL-sanctioned tournaments must be employees of the ACBL. This provision has not been strictly enforced in the past. We'd like to tighten things up as part of an effort to improve timely reporting of tournament results (via ACBL Live) and as part of an overall effort to improve the service our TDs provide.</span></div>
