<p class="MsoNormal">Perhaps this is another “mean vs. median” issue, and 710 is the mean.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Can you, without a lot of time and effort, come up with a median level, or even break it down into three or four brackets?<o:p></o:p></p>

out of the average, it goes down to 1551 for the board.)<o:p></o:p></p>
