<DIV>My feeling is that Hospitality/Romeo have put a big effort into lunches for
the Swiss day, but that never seems to work out well. Long lines, marginal
food, mess, etc..</DIV>

<DIV>We have good lists and maps for Bothell eateries, but maybe we need to more
for the Kent and Vasa (if we go there) venues.</DIV>

<DIV>Ann is on the right track with the picnic idea. I personally like to
bring my lunch and relax between sessions, but maybe that is my age
showing. </DIV>

<DIV>If we ever use a venue where there is a real shortage of places to eat out,
we might reconsider, but I suggest we forget about providing lunch.</DIV>

refrigeration, it is best NOT to do lunches. If we have refrigeration,
then it is doable. but not optimal.</DIV>

not do them--it adds time, expense and a lot of planning to the process of a
sectional. BUT, they can be done. We can always get trays of
sandwiches from Costco and pull together a salad. Or sandwiches from
Subway (but folks complain about these over time).</DIV>

in the past. It's expensive, but doable. Caterers will want access to
water, at least, to clean up. Bothell is not good for catering. Vasa

truck, but again, the cost will go up, and there will be logistical issues to

near restaurants, we may want to provide this type of option. BUT...again,
without refrigeration, or a kitchen, hard to prepare salads, hard to clean up,
hard to store things.</DIV>

I'd rather not do lunches. If we train our folk to bring their own lunch
(have a picnic with your team...!), or give them enough time for a fast
