College on Monday to sort out what's going on with our planned sectional
there in February. Long story short, the facility was double-booked
and we are out. Going forward we will address lessons
learned for our relationship with North Seattle College.

can update TourneyTrax that feeds event data to the ACBL website (it
now shows NSC), proceed with the flyer & marketing, and address
other planning for the tournament. And we must let Vasa Park, which
we have been carrying as a backup to NSC, know whether or not we will be
renting their facility for February.</DIV>

<DIV>I have been in communication with Bev Colgrove, our contact at
Bothell. She has confirmed that all three classrooms are available
for us for our sectional on February 17-19, 2017. She has put us on
the calendar for the facility. To enable us to get on with matters
requiring attention for the February sectional, I strongly encourage the
board to quickly reach a consensus on going to Bothell in February.
<B>Please advise ASAP if you have an objection to this. </B> I
want us to reach a consensus on the February site ahead of our board
meeting next Wednesday, 10/5.</DIV>
