a reminder for those who could, the Board deferred action on several of the
Events Committee's proposals in the "Event Types" section until the
next meeting that were not time-sensitive, in order to give more members a
chance to express an opinion. We will revisit the deferred items in
October so please have a look at the committee's summary before
