Will try to touch on items raised below.</div><div><br></div><div>It has been an unwritten policy not to include entry fee on the flyer for several reasons. The complete fee schedule addresses several situations -- $10 per session per adult ACBL member for regular sessions, $11 per session per adult ACBL member for grass roots sessions, an additional $3 for non-ACBL members, and two tiered discounts for young adults and youth. I don't have the amounts and applicable ages of the discounts readily at hand. Also, we "bake" Sunday Swiss lunch cost into the total cost of entries for Sunday and so it's more than just 2 sessions x 4 persons x $10 per person session. I agree with the view of not including entry fees until the full board has discussed and approved a change in policy on whether and how to show entry fees on flyers. I will add this item to the August board meeting agenda.</div><div><br></div><div>Start times -- this question points out the need to add visitation of start times to our tournament checklist. Last fall we were at Bothell and it was 1 & 7pm Friday and 1 & 6:30 pm Saturday; this fall we're at Kent Commons. At Kent there are many good eatery choices literally a short walk across or down the street which limits the need to drive off somewhere to eat. I suggest 1:30 & 7:00pm Friday and 1 & 6:30 Saturday. 5.5 hours between sessions is plenty for Kent.
