In order to be <BR>included in the count, the ballots must be received by the Director of <BR>Elections by the close of business on September 15, 2016. <BR><BR>Candidates are: <BR>Jerry Thorpe, Tim White <BR><BR>Our records indicate that the total membership as of June 1 for <BR>Unit 446 is 1,450. <BR><BR>Please let me know if your unit board members will: <BR><BR>1. Vote at an election meeting or <BR>2. Electronic voting. <BR><BR>If you do choose an election meeting it can be done in conjunction with a <BR>regular board meeting. Please do NOT schedule a meeting prior to August 15, <BR>since the election materials will not be available before then. <BR><BR>If there is to be an election meeting, the following information is needed <BR>no later than July 15: <BR><BR>1. The date, time and place including address, city, state, zip of your <BR>scheduled election meeting. <BR><BR>2. The person and address for mailing the election materials. This cannot <BR>be a P.O.
