Are you still in need of a couple of helpers for lunch on Sunday? If so, perhaps we can cast the net a bit wider. A unit member suggested to me that we consider the Millionair Club charity for help with the sectionals. I checked the website and although there is quite of bit of admin coordination required (e.g. filling out a Business Labor Service Agreement and obtaining a customer contact person) perhaps this is a route to consider for the longer term (for set up andy tear down as well as hospitality) even if it doesn't work out for Vasa this weekend. Perhaps the Boy Scouts would be interested in a community service project.
I have 42 cans of pop left over from the fall NLM sectional and D19 NAP event, as well as napkins, a few paper plates, tea, water container & stand, and the coffee makers I borrowed for the D19 NAP Finals. I will bring these on Friday to Vasa. Can we get someone to bring ice? -- if not I could get some on my way.
Thanks,
