<P class=MsoPlainText>I chose Sunday, January 31st, as our RR party date. It is
the Sunday before the Superbowl, so no football conflicts. And I didn't see any
tournaments going on that Sunday. <o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoPlainText>EBC has offered to host again this year, and Jeff has
graciously offered to direct.<o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoPlainText>Ann, are you okay being in charge of hospitality? If that
means having board members bring stuff, that is cool. I was just wondering if
you would be willing to coordinate the food.<o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoPlainText>I will send a formal email invitation to all participants
(not just captains like last year) and collect the RSVP's. <o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoPlainText>It would be great to have board participation at this
party. I know a lot of us already play in this event, but perhaps those who
don't would be willing to fill in to get us to a multiple of 4 so there is a fun
movement? If you don’t know, we mix up players of all levels and specifically
try to have 2 players from Bracket 1 and 2 players from Bracket 2 on all teams.
The format has been well received in the past. <o:p></o:p></P>

Furhman in the bracket 2 finals and Yarington d. Eng in the bracket 1 finals. I
do believe that makes 10 in a row for team Yarington which is pretty
amazing.<o:p></o:p></P>
