Folks,

As you might know, D19 is conducting its North American Pairs Finals the weekend of Nov 14-15 at the Skagit PUD facility in Mount Vernon. Hospitality provisions are not available through the host facility and so we are left to our own devices.

I would like to ask permission of you the Unit 446 Board members to borrow/rent 2 of the Unit's coffeemakers for this event. We expect on the order of 20 tables maximum per session (Saturday) among the four sessions, and thus there will not be the degree of
usage and wear & tear as with a sectional.

I would be glad to pay a reasonable usage fee that you might designate.

With your concurrence, I will ask David to bring two of the Unit's coffeemakers along with the District's equipment.

Thanks,
Tim
