In the upcoming cycle, the Open and Flight B finals will be held in Puget Sound and the Flights A & C finals will be held in Vancouver, BC area.

I need to set dates and venues and move on to CoC's and other elements. To aid in coordinating dates, I have prepared the attached table. It denotes with green highlighting a number of candidate dates for the D19 GNT finals. I have avoided dates that coincide with Seattle and Vancouver area sectionals, with one exception. It might be attractive to site the Open & Flt B finals in conjunction with the Unit 446 NLM sectional at NSC April 16-17, 2016.

I've reached out to Units 451 and 443 concerning potential sectionals at Fircrest in April and Port Ludlow in May being an opportunity and/or conflicts. (These might not yet be sanctioned as they do not yet show on the ACBL website.)

If you have any significant concerns or suggestions regarding the candidate dates shown in the attachment, please advise ASAP.

Patti, I would especially appreciate your views on co-siting with NLM sectional.

Thanks,
Tim
(in my capacity as D19 GNT & NAP Coordinator)

_______________________________________________
Sbuboard mailing list
Sbuboard@mailman.celestial.com
http://mailman.celestial.com/mailman/listinfo/sbuboard
