Advertise the open position on the Unit website -- for 21 days is fine, I'd be ok with 14. In the advertisement state that the current board members will elect the 12th member (for the 2016-18 term) by secret ballot from amongst the declared candidate(s). <BR><BR>An election by the entire Unit membership could be awkward, in that unlike the usual election process there would be but one winner.<BR><BR>Tim</DIV></DIV>
