I checked last 4 years of fall sectional attendance (attached) and found that for both Fri and Sat there tends to be a substantial drop off from the afternoon to the evening sessions. There might well be the possibility of higher attendance those evenings if there were a shorter break between sessions. At the same time, simply maximizing total attendance might not be our clear objective in all instances, especially for Friday evening where working folks find it difficult to arrive much earlier in the evening. I'm not opposed to the 1 and 6:45 suggestion for Friday.<div><br></div><div>It gets dark earlier in the fall and if folks could at least drive to the venue in daylight for the evening session, it might help attendance. So, if 12 and 5:30 are somewhat unappealing for some, we could take a choice between 10:30 & 4:00 and 1 & 6:30. 10:30 & 4 could allow some kind of evening activity.
