As Nov 14-15 is unworkable due to facility constraints, then I suggest the problem be worked from the other way around. Please re-review the attachment (updated) and, mindful of the constraints thereon, propose alternative IN sectional dates during which a suitable facility is known to be available. If the committee then concurs with the proposed dates & site, we'll take it forward to the full board and D19 tournament coordinator.</div><div><br></div><div>To get the ball rolling, my quick glance at the attachment suggests Sep 12-13, 19-20, 26-27; Oct 24-25; and Nov 7-8 are dates the 446 board might conceivably OK and the D19 tournament coordinator might support sanctioning. Others may wish to weigh in on the above dates or other candidate dates.
