The first question is how early we can get in the building for setup (and how early people are willing to arrive for setup). Susan, do you know what is the earliest we can be in the building?</div><div><br></div><div>The second question, assuming we don't have building constraints is when to play on Friday. I think there are three main options:</div><div><br></div><div>1. Play at 10:30 & 4:00, just like Saturday.</div><div>2. Play at noon and 5:30 or 6:00.</div><div>3. Play at 1:00 and 6:30 or 1:30 and 7:00.</div><div><br></div><div>Option 1 has the disadvantages of early setup and no evening session for working people, and the advantages of being consistent (10:30 every day) and finishing plenty early for the early Saturday start. Option 2 has the advantage of setting up a little bit later, and potentially allowing working people to play the second session, but the disadvantage of a meal at 4:00. Option 3 has the disadvantage of playing late then starting early, but the advantage of having an available session for working people. (Is this important with the tournament in Bothell?
