As previously discussed, terms of the rental agreement are that Kent Commons may immediately cash the check upon receipt.  This results in a substantial negative cash flow position for the tournament pending deposit of proceeds after the tournament.  Thus we must take special care with large expenditures until then, avoiding significant spending on equipment, grants, etc.<br>
