2.  Plastic cases for boards.  For two sets of boards Sharon Erwin is making use of boxes.  She asked me for two additional cases for aluminum boards.  David indicated this would cost approx. $40/case + sales tax.   Absent objection from anyone, I believe David should be authorized to purchase two such cases and provide them to Sharon.<br>

3.  Debit card.  Our hospitality chair continues her heroics.  And as we all know, Ann does more and more at the District, Unit and club levels.   Among her other contributions, she also does hospitality for the Mercercrest and UW games.  I plan to explore with our banking institution, Key Bank, the possibility of acquiring a debit card for Ann's use for Unit hospitality expenses.  This would have the benefits of avoiding Ann having to go out of pocket for the substantial hospitality expenses for our sectionals and it would help her more easily manage isolation of costs and receipting.  Once I've determined the feasibility of this, I wiil get back to you.<br>
