[SBU Board] Harvest Flyer version 1 for feedback

I think cashless entries are the norm now.

Let's remove the link to a tournament specific page on the website. I don't
think we need to create one.

For Covid, I think we should say something like "For the current unit Covid
policy, please visit https://www.bridgeinseattle.org/covid-policy." I
created that page today to give us some time to make a decision, and I can
edit it if people think it is missing something.

The Friday evening sessions need to say "Imp Pairs" not just "Pairs". If
there's room on the flyer you might include a brief explanation of what Imp
Pairs is, something like this: Normally in pair games you score half a
point for all the pairs you tie and a full point for all the pairs you
beat. In Imp Pairs you score imps based on the difference between your
score and every other score on the board. If you've never played it before,
treat it like a team game. Making and defeating contracts is most
important, and overtricks don't matter so much. [Feel free to edit,
obviously.]

And yes, Matt doles out the sanction number.
