[SBU Board] Harvest Tourney: price per session?

Hi folks

OK so I was browsing the ACBL Find a Tournament site yesterday and came upon a surprise.  I had verified back in October or so that the Harvest Tourney was showing on their list of tournaments.

Yesterday, going back to verify, I see that they have updated the Find a Tournament page, and there are now two buttons available on their website (see: https://acbl.org/find-a-tournament/)  
(1)   "Legacy Find a Tournament" button sends the user to:  https://tournaments.acbl.org/    where indeed, I see that our tournament is still listed.

(2)  BUT the "New Find a Tournament" button lands on:  https://members.acbl.org/tournaments  and our tournament is NOT listed there.

Gene checked with a contact, and apparently we need to advertise/list the COST OF A SESSION in order to be listed on the "New Find a Tournament" engine.

?? I guess, in hindsight, this may have been something I should have put on the flyer initially? 

AT THIS POINT I do not know how much a session will be.  Is it $12?  It will be a bit more for the Grass Roots? 

I would like to get this listed as soon as possible (although maybe it's water under the bridge now, so close to the date) so any input is appreciated.
