[SBU Board] Covid Survey

Agreed that we don't need anything detailed. The only reason I would
consider altering from ACBL policy is that according to Nick, based on what
he has heard from players that he would lose more players from making masks
optional than he would get back from that. It may be that Seattle bridge
players are not ready to play without masks.

However, I would also suggest waiting until the end of April to send out
the survey as it gives time for people to get comfortable with a city
without mask mandates before we ask their opinion.
