I think "masks are subject to conditions at time of event" is fine for
the flyer currently. At nationals (and I think this is the standard
tournament policy), the policy is that if conditions go to "HIGH" in your
area, than masks are required. Otherwise, masks are optional, but any
player can request that their opponents also wear masks at that table.

I think we should consider sending out a survey, offering options of the
ACBL policy and masks required and ask specifically 1) iwhat your
preference is and 2) how likely are you to attend a May sectional with
policy 1 and 3) same with policy 2.
