[SBU Board] team mentored vs Lvnworth

This is a little frustrating, because I feel like we talked about this a
couple times (we first mentioned the date at the Feb sectional). But I see
the point about taking away from Leavenworth's event at this point, and I
can't muster arguments for why we should do it on 4/10 other than it's what
we announced. FWIW, our only signups to date are 2 board members (Steve and
I), 2 mentees and Shawn Abernathy, so I don't feel awful just contacting
them.
Here's the some of the other options:
April 17 is OUT - Easter
April 24 is OUT - GNT
May 1 is possible
May 8 is OUT - Mother's Day
May 15 is (out for me) - Sounders afternoon game.
May 22 is 1 week from the Sectional
May 29 is our sectional.
So, it seems like the only available day is May 1 (or May 15). We already
know that Steve is out of town on 5/1. But then, I'm also planning an event
4 weeks before the Sectional that I am co-chairing. If someone wants to be
in charge of "day of event" work for the Mentor/Mentee game, I will be a
little less stressed about the work involved. Honestly, most of the work is
before the event and determining teams and contacting everyone. I'm also
fine just moving the event to sometime in late June.
One more problem...while Nick's table counts have been picking up, he
hasn't committed to keeping SBC open past April. So, there could be a
situation where we have to cancel it again.
So, unless I hear objection, I am ok to postpone the Mentor/Mentee game and
we need to coalesce on a new date between:
May 1
May 15
June 26
