[SBU Board] November Tourney Preliminary Flyer

Hi folks,
At long last, here is the preliminary flyer for the Harvest tourney.  We can talk at the board meeting about details... we do have a few questions that we will discuss at Monday's meeting.  (The flyer is stored on the Google drive for 2022 flyers.)

I was not able to go to the website formerly listed as the ACBL partnership, so that for sure will have to change.  But at least we can get this finalized next week.
