Hi Janet -- Let's you and I talk in a separate email thread about how we
want to manage partner requests for the limited events at the Sweetheart
Sectional.  I think it will be important to facilitate partners finding one
another rather than committing ourselves to play... this keeps open the
possibility of filling in things closer to the time.

I'm likely to see Mary this evening, will chat with her about the
possibilities of finding a partner.
