[SBU Board] Sweetheart Setup of Sites- Please read carefully

Hi folks - Regarding site setup for the Sweetheart Sectional.

Seattle Bridge Center - there is NO NEED to set up Thursday evening.  Setup
time there will be minimal; Nick and I will handle it together starting
about 11am on Friday.  If one additional pair of hands is available, that
would be helpful, but may not be necessary.

Scottish Rite Temple - Jeff will be onsite at 10am; I will introduce him to
the building facilities manager and hand him the keys to the trailer, after
which I will go to SBC.

At SRT, Jeff will need help unloading selected portions of the trailer.
Items will need to be carried from the trailer to the door (perhaps 30
yards); we cannot park the trailer right near the door.  We do not have
space inside SRT to unload the entire trailer.  Bring work gloves or
gardening gloves if you have them.

We will need someone to run boards from SBC to SRT on Friday.  I will ask
for a volunteer in person on Friday.

There are many other details that are too much to include in this general
message, and there are still lots of moving parts.  Thanks to all for being
flexible, and being willing to take on tasks onsite.
