[SBU Board] One partnership email address is a black hole

Hi folks --

I've suspected this for a bit, but have just had confirmation from multiple
sources.

The email address partnership at bridgeinseattle.org is not forwarding to the
SBU board as expected.  I have no idea where emails to that address end up,
if anywhere.

Steve & Bill, do you have any insights?  Do we need to reach out to JC?

The original partnership email, sbu446partnership at gmail.com, remains alive
and I check it daily.
