[SBU Board] I think we need to make a statement about the Sweetheart Sectional

I chose not to mention Seattle Bridge Center because we don't yet know
which events will be hosted there.  If we say something about SBC then we
open up a host of questions - like explaining Stayman to a beginning player.

If I were to add something, this might be it:

Seattle Bridge Center remains open and will host events for the Sweetheart
Sectional.  The current plan is to continue to host Limited events at
Seattle Bridge Center and host Open events at an alternate site if we can
find one.
