[SBU Board] Eastside Bridge Center closed

So, I believe that we were planning to max out at 20 tables at SBC. If I am
reading our pre-registration correctly, even combined with 0-750, we are at
20 tables max. So if we cut off sales at this point for most events (and
give people expecting to play at EBC the option to cancel), we should be
able to manage with a full SBC.
