Per Matt K's recommendation, here is the newest flyer.

The 2500 game is listed as bracketed. That means it is not stratified and cannot have strata limits listed.
But in order for it to be bracketed it would need a minimum of fourteen teams and a good break between the brackets. I recommend just making it stratified; you already have strats limits on the flyer.
I did not see any other issues.
